15 Ways to Print Instagram Photos

The holiday season can be a busy and stressful time for people: the holiday meal prep, the Christmas shopping, and the valiant attempts at avoiding family discussion about one’s singlehood – all of it can be very trying on one’s sanity. It’s the perfect time to take some great pictures with the family, though. While technology has certainly changed the way we’ve recorded and consumed time’s special moments, taking photos won’t ever really die out. I mean, sure, most of us probably snap pictures from our smartphones, but this really only allows us to take even more pictures than has ever been possible.

But what of the tactile experience? That experience of holding a physical photo between your fingers, or of putting them into your family album? According to Instagram, Thanksgivukkah was the busiest day ever for the photo-sharing platform. If you’re interested in actually printing out some of those Instagram photos from the holidays (or have just always been interested in learning ways to do this), then look no further. Here are 15 ways you can print Instagram photos:

Artflakes

Huge stickers, y’all!

Definitely not your average prints. Artflakes takes your Instagram pics and turns them into vinyl 4-inch stickers. Buy them in packs of 10, 25, or 50.

Artifact Uprising is probably one of my favorites on this list. The company offers a variety of different products on which you can choose to print your Instagram photos (from various photo books to wood calendars).

You can create a canvas mosaic!

For those of you who are truly in love with some of your Instagram photos to the point at which you want them to cover your wall, CanvasPop creates high-resolution canvas prints your photos. You can choose single-print 12″ or 20″ squares, or even create multi-image collages and mosaics.

Casetagram

Casetagram’s currently offering a buy one, get one 50% off deal.

If the name doesn’t give it away for you, Casetagram allows you to create a custom case for your device. Essentially, you create a collage from some of your Instagram (and Facebook) pictures, and the company prints it out for you on either a black or white case.

HatchCraft

HatchCraft creates the Boo Box – a shadowbox frame featuring Instagram photos. The company uses high-quality bamboo frames to display each of your Instagram pics. Comes in either 4″ or 7″ styles.

ImageSnap

The 4.25″ square “Classic” tile goes for $13.

ImageSnap prints your Instagram photos on ceramic tiles, ranging from the 2″ square “Teeny” at $4 to the 12″ square “Slab” at $35.

Instagoodies

A book of Instagram pics for $14? Yes.

Your Instagram pics come in this cute box!

Simply: physical Instagram prints. Depending on the package and size of the prints, prices ranges between $20 and $25. Origrami is Sydney-based but offers free shipping worldwide (no catch – you only pay for faster shipping options).

Postagram

Send real postcards using an Instagram photo, all for just $1!

A portmanteau of “postcard” and “Instagram” (obviously), Postagram allows you to use photos from Facebook, Instagram, your phone, or your computer, and have them printed as a pop-out on a postcard that is mailed directly to someone you care about. Pretty great for relatives who can’t make it out to visit you for the holidays.

PostalPix

PostalPix allows you to send print orders directly from their mobile app.

PostalPix sends you prints of your selected Instagram pics with just a flick of your finger (literally)! Users do this with a mobile app through which they can choose the photos for the company to print. Download the app for iOS or Android.

Printstagram

You can get the “Tinybook” in a set of 3 for $10 – so cute!

With a name like “Prinstagram“, it should come to no surprise to anyone that the company offers a variety of products (from business cards to 20″ x 40” posters). The choices! So many choices! Instagram everything, all the time!!

Shutterfly

Instagram dog on your keychain, duh.

Shutterfly, the company renown for its photo books, now also allows you to print Instagram photos on said photo books or on other products (like, say, a shopping tote).

Sticky9 (formerly Stickygram)

Magnets are fun.

For $15, you can buy dinner OR you can buy a set of 9 magnets made from your Instagram photos. Sticky9 also offers phone cases and iPad covers.

Stitchagram

15″ throw pillows are $68 (dog not included).

Definitely unique in its product offering, Stitchagram allows you to create pillows, totes, wristlets, or coin purses from your Instagram photos. All of those pictures of mango-infused quinoa and braised rabbit ears? Go ahead and cuddle next to them every night.
