Trello

Trello is a great platform that enables an entire team to keep up with your colleagues’ to-do lists. For any business, Trello is a great way to stay organized and up-to-date on the many different tasks, projects, experiments, and goals your team is working towards.

Evernote

Evernote is an online, collaborative notebook.  A “note” can be a piece of formatted text, a full webpage or webpage excerpt, a photograph, a voice memo, or a handwritten “ink” note. It’s a great way to keep information in one place, while working together.

Dropbox

Dropbox  is a great platform to keep files organized. The service offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software. Users can create a special folder on their computers, which Dropbox then synchronizes so that it appears to be the same folder (with the same contents) regardless of which computer is used to view it.

Wetransfer

If you need to share a large file with a team member, WeTransfer users can send files up to 2GB to one another; and that is just in the free version. The cloud-based file transfer service was designed to enable users to send small to large files without an account.

Pocket

The best way to be productive is to ignore distractions, especially when you’re navigating the internet. Pocket lets you save information you want to view later in one place. This is also a great way to keep information that can be used in a meeting or brainstorm session.

Mailtoself is an iOS extension to mail notes to yourself from any app. The app enables users to quickly send themselves an email containing the link and title of the webpage they want to read later.

Markticle

Another great tool to keep notes and ideas organized is Markticle. The extension (also available in an App version) enables you to track your reading progress in articles so you can continue reading them later.
