One of Chicago’s favorite coworking community, SPACE, is expanding again. Last December, we initially highlighted how the coworking space differs from other local options – from their design centric roots to the coffee shop feel – and now they are adding another much needed component. Based on demand for growth, the North Wabash Avenue coworking space has expanded to another floor and has added formal office options. The space will continue to be open 24/7 for its members, and has typical business hours for non-members looking to utilize their conference space.

With the expansion of the fifth floor, SPACE will build upon their expansive list of community amenities. Beyond your standard printing stations, WiFi, and coffee, they also have beer, standard office supplies, and a 2000-square-foot event space.

For those simply seeking desk space, SPACE by Doejo also offers  a discount for startups. Standard pricing for dedicated offices start at $1100 per month, down to only $20 a day to use desk space during regular working hours.
