Close More Deals with an Email Productivity Service from YesWare

Aug 31, 2011

Yesware

3 questions:

1. Do you sell stuff?
2. Do you provide a service?
3. Do you use Gmail?

If you answered yes to any of the above, check out Boston-based startup Yesware, an email productivity service that can help your sales team close more deals.

Integrated into Gmail and your mobile phone, Yesware provides email analytics, customizable templates, and other useful features that speed up response time to customer inquiries; Yesware Mobile extends email analytics and reporting to salespeople in the field. By reducing data entry into leading CRMs like Salesforce, Sugar, Zoho, Basecamp, Landslide and others, sales can focus more time on closing the deal.

For sales managers, Yesware makes training, ramp-up and activity-based reporting more effective, and gives them better insight into their team’s performance.  Moreover, sales managers who rely on data typed into CRMs from their reps don’t always get the full picture. Yesware provides reports and insights based on activity, not on data entry, so managers get a clearer view into the activities of their sales teams.

So, why is this better than Salesforce and other platforms?  Salesforce Templates is only a partially finished feature that is not getting any more development attention. Google Canned Responses is not organized by sales activity and not hooked up to a reporting mechanism, and Toutapp, which we covered previously, requires users to change their emailing behavior.

The Yesware team will be demoing at Tech Cocktail Boston tomorrow night, so be sure to stop by and check out the service so you can start closing more deals ASAP.
