I had the opportunity to meet Gary Vaynerchuk very early in his career which was transitioning from his day-to-day at a traditional brick and mortar Wine Library business to his Wine Library TV video show which propelled him to Internet stardom. Since then Gary has done the speaking circuit and has signed a seven-figure, 10-book deal. His first book Crush It looked to inspire people to take action and pursue their passions. Now on his second book, his focus is on gratitude as he shares his perspective on business and life in the book The Thank You Economy.
