Intuit GoPayment Contest Looks To Help Small Businesses Grow On-The-Go

Last week was National Small Business Week, and we did a laptop giveway for which we will be announcing the winner soon. In the meantime, we recently found out about another opportunity for startups and small business owners to win goodies – this time to cash-in for their small business idea. Intuit GoPayment is offering up $10,000 and an opportunity to go mobile and reach new customers to grow their business via their Get Business Growing video contest.

Intuit, who has been a supporter of startups and Tech Cocktail in the past, has already been turning dreams into reality by helping various businesses go mobile in order to reach new customers. They brought one golf pro onto the GoPayment platform to give golf lessons in a popup golf lesson location in downtown Seattle, offered a pet grooming business an opportunity to trim some pups in a park in NYC and brought Bird’s Barbershop to a popup location in Austin during the biggest festival of the year (watch the video below).
