InvestMidwest to Showcase 44 Startups

Believe it or not, a lot of stuff happens outside of the Silicon Valley/NYC/Boston tech hubs.
Forty-four startups focused on life sciences, technology, and clean energy/sustainability will pitch venture capitalists, corporate and private investors, and investment bankers during the 13th Annual InvestMidwest Venture Capital Forum in St. Louis April 4-5. Their goal is to provide access to equity capital for emerging, privately held companies seeking venture funds from $1 million to $20 million.
The companies are from all over the place: Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Utah and Wisconsin. They were selected based on their value proposition, products/services, financial summaries, management teams and marketing strategies and opportunities.
If you’ve never heard about InvestMidwest before, their history is pretty impressive. They have helped generate over $850 million in investments and acquisitions for innovative growth companies. If you’re an investor, the registration deadline is coming up on March 16. You can learn more here.
