Once you apply for a job, you’ll automatically get alerts whenever someone checks out your profile or video. You can also manage all of your applications across different websites right on JobHive.

And possibly the best part: no more unanswered applications! The startup’s Guaranteed Response system ensures every application you send out gets responded to, whether you got the job or not.

For Employers. Employers on JobHive have everything they need to find top talent. The site has an applicant tracking system built in, so you can weed out candidates to find the best one for your company and eliminate the need for back-and-forth emails. You can also filter and sort applicants by skill to give you the best candidates first.

With JobHive, you can find candidates that fit your company’s culture before you even interview them, with customizable and validated profiles and video apps.
