Offering your services to a non-profit at a discount is nice. Offering said service to a non-profit completely free of charge – well that’s VeryNice.
This is precisely the premise behind the Matthew Manos’ startup, verynice.co – a design studio that dedicates more than half of its projects to non-profits pro bono. So far, Manos’ studio has donated more than $300,000 worth of design work to more than 130 clients.
Tech Cocktail caught up with Manos’ to learn more of the inspiration behind his startup, the most influential advice he’s received, why he chose a .co domain, and the biggest advantage to starting up in Los Angeles.
