8 Apps That Every New Parent Should Know About

The first smile, the first steps, the first bottle…every parent agrees that life with a new baby is full of magical moments. But let's be honest, any help you can get when it comes to becoming a better parent is great. And if it's an app, even better!

Baby Bundle

If you prefer a one-stop app for everything baby, Baby Bundle is the app for you. It includes monitoring tools for daily activities (from feeding to diaper changes) to growth tracking to health reference (because searching on the web for symptoms is not enough). The app is free and available on iOS.

Baby Sprout

This app is also the complete package when it comes to monitoring: feeding, pumping, solid food, diaper changes, growth, and immunization trackers. It includes a multi-user “share” mode that syncs information across devices so you can share updates with your partner. You can also add your own photos and little captions for those big moments and then share them on social media. Free.

iVaccines

iVaccines is a reminder and tracker with vaccine descriptions and customized alerts for upcoming vaccinations. Unlike the other apps that include an immunization tool, iVaccine is specialized in everything immunization. For example, it uses your region's immunization schedule to automatically send out reminders for any upcoming vaccination. This is a free app available on Android.
