Paul Singh, founder of Disruption Corporation, today announced that former NBC correspondent Brooke Salkoff will be joining the team as Crystal Tech Fund Venture Partner. According to the company’s blog, Salkoff brings 17 years of television experience, along with her own journey as a tech entrepreneur, to the Fund.

“I’m counting on Brooke to help us make better investment decisions, and to help our portfolio companies expand their audience and reach,” said Singh.

Salkoff’s journalism experience will come in handy as she transitions into this storytelling role at the Fund. According to Singh:

“Brooke’s mission is to tell the story of high-growth tech companies to the people that haven’t previously been able to participate in them.”
