Rohit Bhargava loves the “agony filter” on Hipmunk. Why? Not only because it filters out the multiple stops and 12 hour layovers, but because of the philosophy behind it; leveraging technology to “filter out the idiotic”. And let’s face it – the world needs to filter out more idiotic.
Bhargava is the author of Personality Not Included: Why Companies Lose Their Authenticity And How Great Brands Get it Back, Foreword by Guy Kawasaki and has built a solid reputation on helping brands find and tell their story to make them more personable and connected with their audiences. In this interview with Jen Consalvo, part of Tech Cocktail’s Delivering Happiness interview series, Bhargava shares more about how storytelling inspires him and the pitfalls around too many “no’s” in a creative field.
