It Was Inevitable: The Steve Jobs Action Figure Has Arrived

Jan 4, 2012

Steve Jobs action figure

With the devotion and obsession directed at Steve Jobs, both when he was alive and after his death in October, when it reached a fever pitch, it was inevitable that someone somewhere would create a Steve Jobs action figure.

That someone is a company called Inicons, which is offering a super realistic 12-inch tall action figure that puts Barbie dolls to shame.  From the photos on their site, it looks exactly like Steve.

I could not uncover any information about the company on their very sleek but bare bones site – Steve Jobs appears to be their one and only product.

For only $109.99 (with shipping), you get a lot of accessories:

  • 2 pairs of glasses
  • 3 pairs of hands (what?)
  • 1 black mock turtleneck, pair of jeans, pair of black socks, pair of New Balance sneakers, and black leather belt
  • 1 chair
  • 1 backdrop that says ‘One more thing’
  • 2 apples

Creepy, or cool?  Your call, though I am leaning towards the former.
