Yesware Funded

Yesware, an email productivity service that helps salespeople close more business, officially launched yesterday and announced it has closed a round of funding lead by Google Ventures and Boulder-based Foundry Group.

Yesware integrates into Gmail and your mobile phone and provides email analytics, customizable templates and more to help salespeople respond to customers more effectively. Yesware also helps reduce data entry into CRMs like Salesforce, Sugar, Zoho, Basecamp, Landslide and more helping to save salespeople time.

Rich Miner, Partner at Google Ventures had this to say of the investment:

“We invested in Yesware because of how they turn a pain point into a productivity point. They take what for some is a chore – dealing with endless email – and turn it into an invaluable enterprise tool facilitating much of the sales process.”

Yesware was a showcased startup at our Boston event with 19 other startups on September 1st, so we got a sneak peak prior to their official launch.
