10 Early-Stage San Francisco Startups Showcased

Today we are excited to be in San Francisco to host our first event in the Bay area! The event looks to rally together the entrepreneurial community while showcasing ten local, early-stage startups. The event is sponsored by Intel as they host IDF 2010 this week.

The following ten startups will be showcased at the event:

EmptyLegMarket – A marketplace that seeks to fill empty private jets.
Gamers Portal – Provides gamers with unified profiles, tools to help teams reach their potential, and helps gamers meet in real life.
Livefyre – Replace your static comment section with a live stream of comments, images and video.
Mindsnacks – Truly awesome mobile learning games, focused on languages.
rrripple –  Empowers educators and students to chronicle and share their digital content in a safe and secure environment.
SocialPing – Helps you monitor Twitter in real-time, sending notifications instantly for keywords being monitored and provide reports.
UberCab – An on-demand car service via iPhone and SMS.
