14 Startups Showcased in Chicago at Tech Cocktail Spring Event

As Chicago starts to show some signs of spring, we are happy to be showcasing some of the latest startups and innovations at our Tech Cocktail Chicago spring mixer event. Gtrot – Makes it easy to share travel plans, see overlapping trips, get travel advice, and track where you’ve been.

Lab42 – A full service market research company that uses social networks to field surveys, instead of using traditional survey panels. They help clients write the survey, field the survey, and analyze the results.

remind101 – Sends students text messages and email reminders to about upcoming assignment deadlines and tests – 1,500 users and counting.

Next Step Test Prep – Provides custom online test prep tutoring for the price of a crowded prep course.

My Drink On – An innovative group buying site, incorporating a 360 nightlife experience, from local watering holes to events and charity functions.

PIO Social – Helps brands, products, or services identify essential customers using exclusive Pass It On offers to grow their businesses

Portapure – An affordable, pocket-sized water treatment solution that can be used anywhere around the world.

Weave The People – They help companies increase the ROI of meetings by providing an engaging way to view the people in a room and make more productive connections.
