On Tuesday, May 24th, Tech Cocktail will be hosting its first LA mixer event, sponsored by Sprint. In honor of this special occasion, we thought we’d kick things off with a little contest!

The SWEET prize: A brand spankin new 4G-capable phone!  Sprint’s iconic HTC EVO 4G is packed with fantastic features including a 4.3-inch display screen, Android 2.2 platform, a superfast 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, TWO cameras and mobile hotspot capabilities. The device has earned praise and honors from media and third-party experts such as CNET, TheStreet.com and PCWorld. And check this – HTC EVO 4G customers can pay just $79.99 (including the $10 Premium Data add-on) for Sprint’s Everything Data 450 plan that offers unlimited Web, texting and calling on the Sprint Network with any mobile in America, as well as the most robust multimedia experience and fastest data speeds in wireless today. (FYI, this phone normally sells for $199.99 with a two-year service agreement).

How to enter: Answer this question – What can you do with Sprint 4G? – in the comments below or via Twitter (if using Twitter, make sure to include #Sprint4G and #TechCocktail). Need an example?  Maybe you can catch up on reading Tech Cocktail posts each day on your phone, or using your 4G mobile hotspot to build your kick ass company at coffee shops. Or maybe you just like to stream a lot of video. This is a contest so get creative!

(You can enter more than once but if you spam us it will work against you… just sayin’)

How we’ll choose: We’ll pick the answer we like best and announce the winner at the Tech Cocktail LA mixer event on May 24th.

SUPER IMPORTANT condition! You MUST be at the event to win the phone. If we call your name and you’re not there, we’ll pick another winner from the other entries.

Future HTC EVO 4G owner.. we can’t wait to meet you!
