There is nothing more stressful than a tech job. Not only do you have to deal with the constant expectations of an ever-evolving medium, you are also forced to stare at screens for dozens of hours a week. Fortunately for you, the weekend is the best time to unplug and relax before the inevitable threat of blue light hinders your sleep for another night.

The need to be plugged in runs far too deep in most people. A study out of the University of Maryland asked 200 students to go 24-hours without the internet, and journal about their experience. At the end of the day, everyone one of them expressed anxiety, discomfort and even feelings of being disconnected because of the change. There is even a National Day of Unplugging that aims to lower the dependence on technology, even if it’s just for 24 hours.

But where are the best places to make sure you unplug for more than a few minutes? Sitting in your living room isn’t going to help so be sure to check out this list of unplug-able locations to really get some shut eye this weekend.
