This is not a public service announcement but it might remind you of all that you have seen in the past as the Advertising Council is the leading producer of public service advertisements in the United States and just this past week launched, My Ad Council ( The site takes an interactive dashboard approach to offer visitors quick access to a loads of different types of information.

Our favorite feature was the ability to easily jump into any campaign like Wildfire Prevention with Smokey The Bear and see all the related public service announcement campaigns. My Ad Council currently features the following ten Ad Council campaigns, along with the ad agencies that created them pro bono: Autism Awareness (BBDO), Drunk Driving Prevention (Mullen and The Vidal Partnership), Hunger Prevention (Ogilvy and Mather), Adoption (kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners), High School Dropout Prevention (Publicis), Shelter Pet Adoption (Draftfcb), Gay and Lesbian Teen Bullying Prevention (ArnoldNYC), Re-connecting Kids with Nature (Euro RSCG Tonic), Teen Dating Abuse Prevention (R/GA) and Wildfire Prevention (Draftfcb). In the coming months, all of the Ad Council’s 50 national public service campaigns will be featured on the site.

The site was designed & developed by JESS3, a creative digital agency in Washington D.C. and launched with help of a Washington, D.C.-based social media agency, New Media Strategies and made possible thanks to the generosity of AOL.
