A coalition of successful business owners and educators have joined forces to create Collabortank, a startup accelerator at Boise Hub co-working space for entrepreneurs. The Boise accelerator comes at a time when the city is starting to get national attention as a growing tech hub, recently ranked top 5 “under-the-radar tech hubs” in the United States.

The accelerator, in collaboration with Prodromos Marketing, Inc., and a top-notch executive advisory board wants to create a new culture of innovation in the tech space by providing various resources to entrepreneurs. They include continuing education, mentoring, creating profitable collaborative projects, coaching, access to an effective sales team, exposure, networking, and the Learning Lab—education driven high-energy events. This Friday, September 19th, Boise Hub is hosting a seminar for startups called “Game Changers” that will include Tech Cocktail’s Frank Gruber as a speaker.

“It is also of the highest importance to local entrepreneurs and students interested in becoming inventors and entrepreneurs. This lab will encourage collaboration and further interactions between both aspiring and experienced innovators across the Valley.” said Philip Bennett, Founder of Collabortank. “Through engineering a collaborative micro-cluster, we can impact the trajectory and growth in the region and create a more diversified and healthy economic base that includes tech entrepreneurs.”
