BRAG, a new social community for lifestyle curation and photo sharing, is launching a mobile app today for the uninhibited social media users. Today it’s acceptable to over-share information about our personal lives online. Sharing photos and videos are ways to keep us connected with our community. But at some point, we’ve all felt guilty about uploading multiple photos simultaneously on social networks out of fear of ‘spamming’ friends. Too many selfies on your phone but no one to share them with.

BRAGSelfie wants to users to be authentic by sharing without the need to curate. Thanks to BRAG’s unlimited photo sharing capability, the app creates a new community of users who are unapologetic in showcasing their lives and sharing as many photos as they desire amongst friends minus the guilt.

“Social media makes it too easy to be someone else. BRAGSelfie introduces a user interface where you don’t need to worry about social media etiquette.” Amanda Nieto, BRAG’s CEO said. “We want you to share everything; be bold, be yourself.”

BRAGSelfie can be seen as an app to showcase realness, or smugness, but it does include a feature that can be offer a great opportunity for luxury brands. Users can tag the brands they are wearing and share it with friends, which means that that it allows brands to build a connection with a lifestyle.

See, it’s okay to brag.
