Sometimes events bring in startups that might not be the most tech-centric, but still innovative in their own right. At the recent Get Started Las Vegas event, put on by Cox and Inc.com, Chef Michael Childrey brought Cake Pushers to the stage as one of the finalists.

Childrey has fueled his efforts into redefining small desserts. He’s come up with a creation that feels reminiscent of Flintstones Push Ups from the 90s, except his are filled with cakes made from well sourced ingredients.

Sarah Evans had a chance to interview Childrey and learn more about what brought him out to #GetStartedLV.
