Reaching the college demographic can be quite challenging for brands. That’s the problem Campus Commandos is trying to solve. The Detroit based startup is funded by the Wayne State University incubator TechTown.
Campus Commandos handles all the pieces involved with rolling out an effective campaign on a college campus. From recruitment of campus representatives with their expansive social networks, to monitoring them, making sure those representatives are getting your message out there accurately. Campus Commandos also provides information such as campus size, school rivalerys and greek system/school events so your marketing plan can be catered to campus culture to maximize its effect. Their “Campus Intelligent Reports” will even provide “edge tips” which are supposed to be those little nuggets of information you would only learn by spending time on campus, which could go a long way in helping you with your particular objectives as a brand.
