Miami-Based Clutch Prep Accepted to TechStars Chicago 2014

TechStars Chicago announced its 2014 class, which will include Miami-based startup Clutch Prep. Clutch Prep is an online video program to help students prepare for college classes.

The program will host 10 startups in its dedicated 1871 space starting May 27.

They will receive $18,000 in seed funding, with the option to take on a $100,000 convertible debt note. Most of the companies are focused on business-to-business and mostly Chicago-based. Other than Clutch Prep being from Miami, the other companies come from Nashville, India, and Israel.
