Guest list creation and management can be one of the most time-consuming and stressful aspects of planning an event. You have to manage multiple promoters working to sell tickets; deal with endless phone calls, texts and emails just to compile a complete guest list; and effectively communicate with the door manager to ensure the event is seeded with the optimal number of people and that guest check-ins are moving along smoothly.
VenueWize is a new event management dashboard that lets anyone running a large social event save time, money and effort. It offers a smooth creation process by letting you collaborate with team members to create and edit guest lists, as well as to add and remove guests during the event.
