Campus Sponsorship is like a 21st century bake sale! It is a website where student organizations can raise money by playing sponsors’ games and activities. An activity takes about 30 seconds, and is much easier than selling brownies.
Student organizations are the most influential population on a college campus. However, despite representing over 10 million students across the country, it is nearly impossible for them to secure brand sponsorship. At the same time, brands are attempting to reach the college market, but no one is listening. Campus Sponsorship is the first website that allows college students to interact with brands in exchange for instant donations to their favorite organizations.
Campus Sponsorship has already teamed up with corporate greats including Comcast, Deloitte & Touche, and TDBank to support student organizations. Once a student organization interacts with the sponsors via virtual activities, the organization starts to receive donations and the sponsor receives instant marketing.
Members of the TECH cocktail team wish this product was out when they were members of their college student organizations. This sure would have been better than having to make sweets and sell them on campus to starving students.
Campus Sponsorship is lead by Penn State Graduate Dan Levin and a team of current graduate students ready to get student organizations noticed. The team will be on hand at TECH cocktail Philly this Thursday at the Field House.
