On Wednesday, January 7th, DADO Labs will hold its day-long “DADO and the Connected Consumer: Keeping it REAL” event at the Inspire Theatre in Downtown Las Vegas during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2015). Make sure to grab your free ticket now to the event

According to a recent study, a mere 4 percent of consumers currently own an Internet of Things device in their home. DADO Labs is looking to guide consumers on the path to connected home, so the day-long event they’ve scheduled in Downtown Las Vegas during the International Consumer Electronics show is sure to inspire and educate.

Here’s a look at what’s planned:

How can the Internet of Things improve your household tasks, such has grilling and cooking? DADO Labs will interview Christine Robins from Char-Broil for a preview of what’s to come. And the day would not be complete without live demonstrations! Not only will we be able to check out how DADO Labs can connect your Char-Broil devices, but we’ll chat with Las Vegas chef Ernie Loya from Big Ern’s BBQ about his predictions for the future of restaurants! Big Ern, once an employee at Zappos, started crafting his BBQ to share with his fellow employees, and on to the people of Downtown Las Vegas, before opening his first restaurant at the Downtown Project Container Park. Check out this infographic for some hints on what the future of connected barbecues looks like:
