For those of you sports fans out there, you may have noticed that daily fantasy sports sites FanDuel and Draft Kings have exploded onto the scene this season with huge investors and brands behind them (e.g. MLB, NFL, Fox Sports, The Kraft Group, etc). In 2006 lawmakers signed the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act which enabled “skill-based” contests, opening the door for daily fantasy sports.
