Today Dell announced a new partnership with the conference call startup Speek. The platform will be featured in the new Dell Marketplace, and any person, business, or entrepreneur who registers for Speek through the marketplace will receive 10 percent off Speek Pro.

Specifically, Speek provides conference calling solutions with a visual interface for personal or business use. Instead of a phone number, users have a personalized link and PIN for bringing people into their conference calls. No peripheral download is required to access the various features and call controls.

The Center for Entrepreneurs, a section of the Dell website that will be home to the new marketplace, has a collection of companies that provide services for the entrepreneur community. The benefit for Speek is that any business, regardless of size, happening upon the Center for Entrepreneurs page will find them as a Dell-backed option.

Additionally, Dell will be promoting Speek through several digital marketing channels to over 10 million business customers. To date, Speek is the only early-stage startup that Dell has forged such a partnership with.

Speek CTO Danny Boice is a Tech Cocktail contributor.
