Be the first to discover and get access to the latest internet startup beta tests via Beta Li.st, a database of startups that are currently accepting beta requests.
Based in the Netherlands and Belgium, Beta Li.st has begun to get a lot of traction. They have teamed up with BV Capital and its European counterpart eVenture Capital to provide the most promising startups a chance to meet the investors behind companies like Groupon, Sonos, Shopping.com, and many more.
For all of you entrepreneurs out there, Beta Li.st could be a great way to gain more visibility (in addition to being featured on Tech Cocktail…): You can suggest a startup to be included on their site. You can also learn more about emerging and seasoned entrepreneurs by reading interviews with the founders of startups that have been featured on the site.
This week’s trending startups include:
Cull: They make music television fun and cool again. Based around a unique concept of flow, Cull marries leading recommendation technology, human curation, and a strong editorial identity in a stylish package.
BuboBox: They are bringing high-quality testimonial videos to every device and will reward contributors through social and gaming mechanics.
Harmonizr: They make effective group organization enjoyable. The site provides the right tools for each situation (ex: text messages, event time/location polling) integrated into a game like system that gets every member involved.
