7 Things Elon Musk Has Tweeted About This Month

To say that Elon Musk is the most well-known entrepreneur in the modern age would be a bit of an understatement. From self-landing rockets to self-driving cars, Musk has made a bigger impact on the world than the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs. And, fortunately for those of us interested in what he’s up to on a daily basis, he has a propensity for tweeting.

As the founder of SpaceX and Tesla, Musk has more than enough on his plate. Between dealing with secret NASA deliveries and inventing the solar roof, the South African entrepreneur’s schedule is likely overflowing with important meetings, test launches, and power naps to keep himself sharp. But for Musk, tweeting about his companies’ accomplishments (and maybe a few snide remarks) is part of the process.

If you’re interested in what Elon Musk has been tweeting about so far this month, take a look at a few of these gems and follow along on his twitter here!

Tesla Semi

Tesla’s announcement regarding their self-driving semi-trucks was one of the most highly anticipated moments in the tech community this year. The technology could save billions in transportation costs and, as Musk points out, it looks pretty cool.

Huge Batteries

In a bet made with fellow entrepreneur Mike Cannon-Brookes, Musk insisted he could build the biggest battery in the world in under 100 days or he’d pay for it. With lofty aspirations of ending blackouts in Southern Australia, many thought Musk had written a check that his company couldn’t cash. However, that was clearly not the case.

Elon Musk is pretty great. So great, in fact, that he is often credited with inventing things and founding companies that he had nothing to do with. This week, articles began circulating that Musk was the true founder of Bitcoin. Fortunately, he nipped that rumor right in the bud.

Tesla Roadster

During the same announcement as the Tesla Semi, Tesla also announced the fastest electric car in the world: the Tesla Roadster. And, as is evident from the quickness with which he’s innovated world-changing technology, he’s got a need for speed.

The Boring Hat

Musk has been in the news lately for his newest venture, the Boring Company, a tunnel digging company that will hopefully lighten up traffic in cities around the country. But sometimes, you just have to make money the old fashioned way: selling merchandise.

Musk has chimed in on his fair share of innovative technologies from other inventors, from artificial intelligence to flying cars. But this month, Musk felt the need to remind the world that a backflipping robot is only going to get scarier.

Flat Earthers

As the charming entrepreneur that he is, Musk knows that sometimes a little sense of humor can go a long way. And if there’s anything to laugh at in the tumultuous world we live in today, it’s people that believe the Earth is flat.
