Everpurse Launches a Beautiful Wallet That Charges Your Phone On the Go

Gotta love the collision between fashion and technology. Especially when it's functional and it means that you will not have to worry about your phone running out of battery.

Everpurse announced the launch of Mini, a wallet that charges smartphones seamlessly and without wires while allowing users to make calls, text, post to Facebook, and send emails for at least 48 hours.

“Mini represents the next step in our mission to stay at the forefront of the fashion tech industry with beautiful, innovative products. There is no other company out there seamlessly integrating this kind of cutting-edge technology with absolutely gorgeous fashion,” said CEO Liz Salcedo.

The Mini is priced at $129 with an early-bird offering of $98 through May 6, and it is designed for the iPhone 5 and can charge batteries from 0 to 100% at least three times. It can fit inside a handbag and can carry cash, cards, and an ID like any other wallet.

The Mini can currently be pre-ordered through Everpurse’s website and will start shipping in summer 2014. Everpurse plans to expand the Mini to support Android devices and the iPhone 6 in the future. The Mini follows the Everpurse clutch, which raised almost 240% of its goal on Kickstarter in 2012.
