If you’re tired of searching all over the internet for interesting events to attend, then you’ll be pleased to know that there’s a one stop shop to save you the hassle. Wawadoo is a new recommendation engine that helps you to connect with the events and activities that you’re trying to find.
People spend way too much time searching high and low for activities that may appeal to them, sometimes without finding anything. I’ve been there, and it’s a frustrating place to be. It should be easy for people to find the events they’re looking for, not needle-in-a-haystack hard.
Wawadoo is focused on asking, “What do you want to do?” When you log in, you will go through a list of activities, events, and restaurants to which you give a “thumbs up” or “thumbs down”. From there, Wawadoo is able to give you accurate recommendations based on your likes and dislikes, making it simple to find what YOU want to do. Event promoters and marketers will love Wawadoo, too, as it can help them directly reach their target market.
Wawadoo, based out of Pittsburgh, participated in Funded by Night in Detroit last week. If you didn’t make it t the event, where they demo’d the service, try it out and let us know what you think. Leave a comment below!
