Tech Cocktail’s Celebrate Conference is only a few weeks away and we couldn’t be more excited! There are many reasons why you should be part of our annual conference this year in October, so make sure to grab your tickets now.

What makes Celebrate different from other conferences are Tech Cocktail’s core values which include creating opportunities for startups to learn and collaborate with others to turn their own communities into startup cities with successful companies. We’ve created a program designed to inspire discussions in a comfortable atmosphere.

“I think what makes the Tech Cocktail Celebrate Conference so unique is the convergence of startups, community leaders, and speakers from all around the US. It will all be happening within the context of one of the most ambitious urban revitalization projects in the country, the Downtown Project,” Jen Consalvo, Co-founder of Tech Cocktail.

Here are 5 reasons you wouldn’t want to miss Tech Cocktail’s Celebrate Conference:

1. We’ll Be Crushing Cliches

You’ve been to those tech conferences, where the crowd is too large and impersonal.  The same people who have been gathering for years sit in clusters, uninviting to outsiders unless you raised over a certain amount in Series B.

These “tech cliques” are intimidating, and many times they influence a conference agenda. Not in our conference. Tech Cocktail’s Celebrate is an intimate conference, where attendees will be able to mingle and exchange ideas.

2. Changing the Audience-Speaker Setup

We’ve all been to conferences where speakers take the stage and audience just listens while drinking copious amount of coffee.

We know you come with unique ideas, and we assure you that we want to hear all about it. That is why, during Celebrate, attendees will be able to not only hear speakers, but also participate in interactive workshops led by industry mentors. The idea is that you  leave the conference energized and full of takeaways to share with your own community.

3. Unique List of Speakers

Not to brag but Tech Cocktail Celebrate’s list of speakers is awesome! We invited industry leaders who have created an impact in their local community by building and investing in creating sustainability for entrepreneurs. For example, Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, has revitalized Downtown Las Vegas  and has been passionate about making the neighborhood into a tech hub. Lisa Besserman, Founder of Startup Buenos Aires, has been working with startups in Argentina to create a sustainable ecosystem for growth. Check our our list of speakers regularly; we have more surprises to come.

4. It’s All About the Startups

Tech Cocktail hearts startups; that is why we showcase startups in various regions throughout the year. Expect even more love during Celebrate. We have invited winners of Tech Cocktail Mixers and Showcase from all regions to come to Las Vegas to meet industry leaders, get exposure, and compete to win our national competition.

5. Awesome After Party

Let’s be honest, connections are made in the halls and parties. During Celebrate we encourage attendees to meet over a drink and make great business happen. So get ready to loosen up Vegas style. Remember: what happens in Vegas…

Alright, time to get those tickets.
