Are you ready, California? Are you ready for Silicon Valley to host of one of the most anticipated tech conferences in the entire country? Well, you better be, because Tech.Co is knocking on your door to host Innovate! and Celebrate 2016! We’ll be kicking off in the Bay Area on September 20th, and we’re pretty excited about it.

For those that don’t know, Innovate! and Celebrate 2016 is a 3-day global conference that brings entrepreneurs, startups, investors, networkers, and attendees to talk shop, enjoy drinks, and build a more inclusive and support business ecosystem. From featured speakers like Naveen Jain to the 4th Annual Startup of the Year competition, there will be plenty of startup excitement to go around.

We are excited to travel west to Silicon Valley where dozens of unicorns, super angels, and famous founders got their start in the California tech hub. Whether it’s in San Francisco, Oakland or San Jose, there is no shortage of genius in the Bay Area. Plus, with more entrepreneurs descending on the area for the conference, there will be a an ample amount of networking and knowledge transfer for our attendees.

“Hosting our conference in Silicon Valley’s backyard enables us to provide even more opportunities for startup founders from across the world to meet nationally recognized accelerators and investors, gain valuable knowledge and connect with resources that will help amplify their efforts to build a high-growth company,” said Frank Gruber, CEO and cofounder of Tech.Co.

This year, Tech.Co is so excited to co-host Innovate! and Celebrate with CTA (Consumer Technology Association), who also produces CES.

“CTA is thrilled to bring this premiere event to Silicon Valley, which is globally recognized as Center Stage for technology startups and innovation,” said Karen Chupka, senior vice president, CES and corporate business strategy, Consumer Technology Association (CTA). “As owner and producer of CES – the Global Stage for Innovation – we see immense value in bringing Innovate! and Celebrate to the birthplace of the American startup movement, connecting today’s entrepreneurs with some of the world’s best-known, established companies. Technology is changing our lives for the better, and this event is designed for the innovators and creators at the heart of the tech revolution.”

With hopes of creating some lively competition in the startup community, we will be holding our 4th annual Startup of the Year Competition. We’ve found some of the best emerging startups from around the world at this competition and this year will be no different! And with the conference being held in Silicon Valley, startups will be competing for more than just cash and prizes. They’ll be competing for the attention of the many industry representatives that will be in attendance.

“Our Startup of the Year Competition is an incredible opportunity for the top 50 semifinal startups from around the world to get noticed by top accelerator programs, investors and industry leaders,” said Jen Consalvo, COO and cofounder of Tech.Co. “We’re thrilled to be able to continue this program and grow its reach.”
