Have you ever wanted to study for a class but left your notebooks at home? Have you ever gotten stuck on a problem and not known what to do next?  Now you never have to worry about being without your materials or your teacher. With Easel and an iPad, students can learn what they need to know from wherever they are and with a virtual teacher to assist them when confusion arises.

The Easel iPad App Suite, released this month by LearnBat Inc., helps you master complex subjects in an easy and fun approach. The suite currently includes two free apps: Algebra I Lite and SAT Prep Lite and one paid app, SAT Prep Pro. Additional subject focused apps are in development, including a GMAT Prep program.

Easel delivers interactive workbooks on the iPad. If a student gets stuck on a problem, they can tap ShowMe to see a step-by-step walkthrough of the solution, recorded by an actual teacher. – The Easel Team

Easel provides an interactive learning environment on iPads and gives students Instant Help as shown in the video (below).

The Easel Suite was recently highlighted in iTune’s New & Noteworthy section and is a great addition to the various educational mobile workbooks available. After testing it out on our own, we were impressed by the easy usability and functionality of the application.
