Managing marketing and social media is not easy, even with the resources of a large company.  Jessica Jensen, Senior Marketing Manager at Microsoft, stopped by our SXSW #StartupLife Celebration Saturday to talk about the challenges of marketing in today’s day and age when there’s so much noise to break through.

As you’ll see in the video below, she talks about why humanity and responsiveness are so important in social media, why niche social media platforms are the wave of the future, and why it’s so important to take risks no matter how small or large your company is.
