Jolt Is the Portable Coffee Brewer You Need to Make it Through Your Day

It's no secret that most people need a little boost in the morning to get going. Whether it's a loud song on the radio or an ice cold shower, it's hard to greet the morning when it comes so early. It's also no secret that most people's boost of choice comes in the form of a hot, brown drink with a little (or a lot) of caffeine in it. Fortunately, one startup is looking to make getting your morning cup of coffee easier when you're on the go.

Jolt is the true portable brewer when it comes to coffee and tea. Created by Epiphany Products, this handy little device does so much more than keep your coffee hot and your ice tea cold. Through the use of rechargeable batteries, this device provides exquisite, single-serving coffee and tea anywhere, at anytime by combining a french press, water heating kettle, and portable thermos in a single handheld device.

“The Jolt is the best single-serve product to come to the coffee and tea market since Keurig’s single-serve machine, but improves upon it in so many ways,” said Myro Figura, MD, chief research officer at Epiphany Products in a press release. “We harness the newest and most advanced battery technology, which results in  an extremely powerful, safe, and portable device utilizing eco-friendly and biodegradable materials while allowing an exquisite coffee and tea brew”

If you're worried that Jolt is going to zap the flavor right out of your favorite morning beverage, you needn't be afraid. This device is all about preserving the flavor and oils of natural coffee beans through a simple french press-like process, bringing out the most in your favorite brands of coffee. Plus, the stainless steel reservoir is capable of heating anything from tea and hot chocolate to soup and oatmeal in a snap.

Epiphany Products launched an Indiegogo campaign to help Jolt get the jumpstart it needs to impress the market. While they haven't met their goal quite yet, they are well on their way to acquiring the funding they need to make it big. And with affordable $70 early bird models still available, you can still get in on the ground floor of this caffeine delivery breakthrough.
