It’s no secret that Los Angeles is home to a bevy of celebrities. Whether it be renowned athletes looking to enjoy some sun in the off-season or movies stars basking in the glory of stardom in between takes, the number of recognizable faces in this southern California city can be too much for some fans to bear. And for those L.A. startups wanting to get recognized, Tech.Co’s Startup Showcase in Los Angeles on July 26th is the perfect opportunity. Several startups have been selected to demo their products for other founders and entrepreneurs. Plus, the entire community will come together for beverages and banter, and you don’t want to miss that. L.A.’s event is unique in that all the startups demoing are led by female founders.

At the event, you’ll be able to rub elbows with people that can help you get where you need to go. For examples, our sponsor, Microsoft Accelerator, will have team members on the floor to take stock of all the budding startups and genius ideas that this showcase will no doubt present. We’ve also partnered with WeAreLATech, a startup resource that can help everyone from potential employees to budding founders to get acclimated to the LA ecosystem with job listings, event calendars, and startup profiles.

The startups in the showcase will be considered for the Tech.Co Startup of the Year competition, which will be held in San Jose, CA during the Innovate! and Celebrate conference. This year, we’ve partnered with the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) – which produces the CES – for the global conference that will bring together tech leaders, influencers, investors, and of course, early-stage startup companies.

Sign up today for the Los Angeles event and bring your team. We will have cocktails, snacks, and great networking. Support your favorite local startups as we begin our search for Tech.Co’s Startup of the Year!
