It’s the week of Thanksgiving – are you ready for sitting down at the table with your family? And I’m not talking about the awkward conversations with extended family members (since, I mean, is there any way to prepare for those?), I’m simply talking about whether you are ready to sit at Thanksgiving dinner without getting pulled away by the distractions of modern technology. In a recently uploaded video created by CollegeHumor, a Downton Abbey parody gives us a quick lesson on table manners that we can bring with us to Thanksgiving dinner.

With the all-too-familiar busy lives that we lead and the recent release of the iPhone 6, it’s going to be no surprise when we find ourselves at the table this Thanksgiving getting constantly distracted by our devices.
