Logan LaHive of Belly on the Startup Learning Curve [VIDEO]

October 8, 2012

Before Logan LaHive was giving talks for entrepreneurs and raising millions of dollars in funding, he was that awkward guy at a networking event.

And it wasn’t smooth sailing to get where he is today. He wasn’t struck with inspiration for the perfect idea. And when Lightbank gave him the opportunity to work on his imperfect idea, he didn’t know where to start.

In the talk below, LaHive explains how he went from ignorance to Belly, a loyalty and rewards platform that’s now in 2,400 stores and boasts around 100 employees. There’s some networking involved, lots of pitching, and lots of changing.

Watch Logan LaHive’s full talk at Tech Cocktail Sessions Chicago. This video was recorded as part of the Tech Cocktail Sessions speaker series. We are currently offering these sessions monthly, so check our event schedule for the next event and come interact with startup founders, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders in person.
