Mayor Vincent Gray on Fostering Startup Growth in DC

Our nation’s capital has worked its way into the conversation of emerging startup hubs across the country.  Washington D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray, sits down with Tech Cocktail to discuss the measures his city is taking to continue fostering small business growth, including scaling back the capital gains tax, which Gray believes will catalyze investment from local investors.  Gray also touches upon the way social media has changed his line of work, and the most challenging and rewarding aspects of his job.
