MeetingMogul Gives Conference Calls a Facelift

I don’t know too many people who are happy with the way current conference call platforms are set up, yet we still use them all the time. Don’t misunderstand me, I think it’s an incredibly helpful facet of technology, but we live in 2015, and I also think conference calling could use an upgrade.

Folio3, a software development company, would tend to agree with me on this one, which is why they launched their new app MeetingMogul for iOS and Android. They specialize in enterprise mobile and web applications to help entrepreneurs and large corporations alike, and MeetingMogul will join the repertoire of their already successful products.

MeetingMogul was launched out of their beta, wherein they were called Conferencia, and was built to be a one touch conference call dialing and smart calendar app. It was mainly built to alleviate the pressure of conference calls and attending meetings while you’re on the move.

The SaaS parses your smartphone calendar and shows all of your conference calls and meetings in a convenient agenda view. All you have to do is touch the call icon and you’ll be dialed right into your conference call without having to look up, remember, or physically dial any numbers: you don’t have to remember or enter a single phone number or audio pin to get on your conference call.

Conference calling probably isn’t going away anytime soon, but it’s nice to see entrepreneurs taking the initiative to improve on an already existing technology.
