You may or may not be a fan of paid subscription sites for things that you can find online for free in abundance (I’m not necessarily talking about porn, but yeah, porn too). But one of the upsides to these kinds of sites is that they are usually very well-curated and do a lot of the work for you.

One stunning example is Mission 360. Mission 360 is a health and wellness platform that offers a large variety of pre-filmed yoga, pilates, and meditation classes. They also offer virtual one-on-one a la carte coaching sessions with nutritionists, life coaches, crystal healers, meditation experts, career coaches, and therapists, which are available for additional costs. Some of their offerings are a little hippy dippy, but hippies use the internet too.

The goal of Mission 360 is to help individuals find a holistic wellness program that meets their needs and fits into their schedules. By offering more than just fitness classes, the platform can be used to improve many aspects of health, including mental and spiritual.

It was founded by Erin Sykes, spent ten years working around the globe in marketing and PR for health and beauty companies. As someone who was constantly on the go, she maintained her sanity through a daily meditation and yoga practice. This passion led her to become a RT-200 yoga instructor in 2009.

Her own personal 360 degree approach to wellness led to her to creating Mission 360 with the goals of empowerment and  and the three focus areas that the site’s videos cover.

“I believe in empowerment through proactivity, self-awareness and self-knowledge. We feel lost when our mind, body and spirit are disconnected. Growth is most effective on the whole, the 360”, said Sykes in a statement. “Thus, my mission to bring a curated selection of the best teachers, classes, and coaches was born.”

The highly stylized video streaming experiences ranging from yoga, fusion fitness and meditation are available for a monthly membership fee of $35. The additional coaching sessions range between $30-250.
