San Francisco-based startup mxHero announced that their Mail2Cloud product suite now supports Citrix ShareFile, a secure file sync and sharing solution, for better email management, security, and collaboration. Those using ShareFile users can now seamlessly connect and integrate their email and cloud storage services using Save & Share, Retriever and Fusion.

“We’re thrilled to bring Mail2Cloud to Citrix ShareFile users. Mail2Cloud helps all those for whom email is an important part of their business process to better leverage the many benefits of ShareFile, a best of breed file sync and sharing platform,” commented Alexis Panagides, mxHero CEO.

mxHero enables users, service providers and companies to manage and analyze their email accounts by saving important emails as documents to prevent them from getting buried under incoming emails and allowing for better collaboration. It also allows users  to send emails of any size, track attachments and manage replies. The software works with all major email systems, including Gmail, Microsoft, Zimbra and Lotus.

“Citrix is pleased to work together with mxHero to deliver added value to our clients, leveraging our cloud technologies with their pioneering Mail2Cloud suite of products. Mail2Cloud’s technology is well-built, secure, simple for businesses to install, easy for their employees to use, and—best of all—it really helps our customers get even more out of ShareFile,” said Bill O’Boyle, Business Development Manager, Citrix.

mxHero closed a $1.25 million seed round of funding this summer, with investors such as White Star Capital, as well as angel investors Esther Dyson and Ari Kushner.
