Natalie works with CEO’s, business leaders, and boards of directors on senior human capital issues. A clinical psychologist by training, Natalie gravitated toward working on company culture, which she defines simply as, “how we do things here.”
Not only is Natalie passionate about culture, but she believes it is at the core of all success – and failure – in an organization. Yet, there is no universal recipe for culture that will fit every company. According to Natalie, “There are as many flavors of culture as there are companies.”
