Sell Across Multiple Channels with Newly Launched eSale Solutions

In the ecommerce world, there are many businesses, makers, and merchants who want to broaden their market by selling across multiple online channels. And, where there is demand for multi-channel sales, there are services and platforms that exist to serve these merchants.

A new player in this arena is Chicago-based eSale Solutions. Founded by Andy Balan, a former Merchant Manager at Amazon, eSale recently launched their service platform to businesses nationwide after a successful beta run with a small number of merchants.

Balan’s background working for Amazon has helped with the creation of eSale. He worked with everyone from single merchants to billion dollar businesses in Seattle and California. With that experience as a foundation, he built his service platform specifically with smaller businesses, or “mom and pop” shops in mind. Businesses that might not be as tech savvy or have as many resources to sell across multiple channels.

“We have built our software with the mom-and-pop shops in mind and we’re thrilled to be able to bring our straightforward solution to the thousands of small business owners who want to list their products on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.”

eSale’s platform launched last Tuesday and can currently support Amazon, Etsy, and eBay with more channel integration coming soon. One thing that them apart from their competitors is the way they are simplifying the process for merchants to add new products on Amazon. Other services require that a merchant add an offer to an item that already exists on Amazon, or to go outside their software to add products to Amazon directly, which can be a confusing process, and kind of defeats the purpose of using a third party platform.

Other services provided by eSale include the ability for merchants to print shipping labels right from their portal, optimized inventory management across all channels, automatic reporting and analysis of which products are selling best and which channels are driving the most sales, and simplified product posting and management.
