Any guesses on the age of your average successful startup founder? Yes, the title of this article is a clue.

It’s about 40 years old, according to the Kauffman Foundation. Furthermore, the big age group that’s showed increasing entrepreneurial activity over the last twenty years is the one between 55 and 65. But you wouldn’t know that from most lists of notable people, like Forbes’ famed “30 under 30,” which haven’t yet responded to the shifting tides of entrepreneurism.

Tech.Co is here to fix that. Which is why we’re asking for nominations. It’s at the local level, too, so share this post with anyone you know in Seattle: We’re looking for you to suggest the best, most worthy startup founders 40 and older in Seattle. If they meet the age and location requirements, fill out this nomination form.
