This integration, which will happen in the form of a PandaDoc addon to be used on Zendesk, will enable Zendesk customers to streamline the creation, delivery and tracking of all customer service-related documents, right within the Zendesk platforms.

This integration will be highly beneficial for Zendesk and its users, as it will ease the process of administering customer support documentation (especially securing electronic signatures) within Zendesk, which was somewhat challenging up until now.
