In an age where “paperless” is a goal for many businesses, not only in order to save some money but also to protect our environment, online is the way to go and, on this specific niche, there is a big player: PandaDoc. It is a full-cycle sales content automation software that’s enabling stronger, more results-driven document collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

PandaDoc aims to replace outdated tools for generating quotes, proposals and contracts with a sleek and streamlined cloud-based content management platform. By integrating with the leading CRM solutions, it goes above and beyond standard proposal, quote or e-signature solutions. It is currently being used by more than 150,000 companies to create, manage, track, deliver, sign documents and transact payments.

This past week, PandaDoc announced that it is integrating with Zendesk, a customer service platform designed to bring organizations and their customers closer together. This integration, which will happen in the form of a PandaDoc addon to be used on Zendesk, will enable Zendesk customers to streamline the creation, delivery and tracking of all customer service-related documents, right within the Zendesk platforms.

“PandaDoc’s heritage in enabling stronger, more results-driven document collaboration between sales and marketing teams makes us a natural partner for Zendesk,” said PandaDoc cofounder and CEO Mikita Mikado. “Through this integration, we’re now empowering customer service agents to do their jobs better by making traditionally mundane paperwork processes, like securing e-signatures, much simpler and faster”.

This integration will be highly beneficial for Zendesk and its users, as it will ease the process of administering customer support documentation (especially securing electronic signatures) within Zendesk, which was somewhat challenging up until now.

According to Zendesk executives:

“PandaDoc greatly simplifies the paperwork tasks involved in customer service. This not only increases the efficiency of service agents, but also helps organizations maximize their Zendesk benefits including delivering greater customer convenience, building stronger relationships and generating more revenues.”
