Tom Klein has led digital strategy (mobile / eCommerce / new service development) engagements for new and established brands – including Tory Burch, Office Depot, London Fog, Lamar Advertising, Heineken, Chanel, Merrill Lynch, Medtronic, Yahoo!, Intuit, Coca-Cola, Marriott, James River, ConAgra, and Novartis.

He is the co-author of Enterprise Marketing Management: The New Science of Marketing (Wiley: 2003).
